What Industry Experience Do I Need to Work at PCB?
We welcome experience in Social Care & Housing, Domiciliary/Home Care, Social Work, Child Care and Commercial experience and strive to use staff from within each sector and train them in recruitment.
Many of our staff have joined us in this way and love still working in the sector they have a passion for but working in a different way for the industry.
What Do We Look For In Our Employees?
Focussed individuals with an honesty and passion that is not often seen in the industry! We want individuals with personality and flair! The ideal candidate would have both industry and recruitment experience.
