1 in 7 suffer some level of hearing loss, ranging from mild to profound which equates to almost 9 million UK residents.

Due to client demand PCB has launched a Sensory Support Services division whose focus will be to improve the services offered by organisations, by providing specialist courses and qualified staff, enabling greater access to people with sensory impairment.

Courses are tailored to the specific requirements of your organisation and include:

  • Deaf Awareness
  • Introduction to BSL
  • Makaton Language Programme
  • Working with an Interpreter

PCB’s home care teams have supplied these tenders for 15 and 6 years respectively and are delighted to have retain them, validating the quality and continuity of their home support services.
